Fruit and Vegetable

Iran with different temperatures (more than 30 degree) throughout the year and wide range of climates and soils, has special potential for producing various fruits and vegetables with organic test. For example Evergreen types are grown in beaches or climates with high humidity and deciduous types are grown next to deserts and climates with dry winters, the northern seaside lands of the Caspian Sea, and the country supplies finest conditions for citrus production and so on.
Iran ranks 1st in the world in the production of pomegranates, 2nd in dates, 3rd in figs, 3rd in cherries, 7th in grapes and 7th in oranges. Kiwi fruit production, although a relatively new activity in this part of the world, has grown increasing importance in last few years and the Iranian kiwifruit promises to become a great export item of the agricultural sector of the country. And other fruit like Persian walnuts, muskmelons, limes, Apple, Apricot, Citron,
Vegetables: same as fruit different kind of vegetables  produce along the year like Lettuce, Cabbage, Carrot, Cucumber, Egg Plant, Bell Pepper, Tomato, Onion, Potato.
